Kylie Kiser
Kylie Kiser has been working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since 2010. In this time, she has assisted with an upgrade for a system with 1,500+ users as well as worked on and refined complex customizations. As part of the CRM User Group, Kylie was named a CRMUG All-Star in 2015. In addition, she serves as a Chapter Leader for Washington, DC for which she was named CRMUG Chapter Leader of the year in 2016. In addition, Kylie’s blog “KRM: Kylie’s Research Management” recaps current news in the CRM Community. Kylie has presented multiple times at CRMUG Summit and has also presented at chapter meetings, local user conferences and virtual events.

Malcolm McAuley
Malcolm has worked within the Big Brothers Big Sisters movement for over 15 years in a variety of capacities. In his current role of National Senior Director, Network Development and Member Services, Malcolm leads the organization in it's on-going effort to maximize technology and systems in the pursuit of organizational efficiency and effectiveness.

Neil Parkhurst
Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with 25+ years IT experience. With extensive experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Having been involved with every version of CRM from 3.0 upto the current release of Dynamics 365. Became a Microsoft MVP in October 2016. Technical specialties include: •Microsoft Dynamics CRM •Unified Service Desk (USD) •Field Service.

Nick Doelman
Nick Doelman is Microsoft Business Applications MVP and has been working with Dynamics CRM since version 1.0. Nick has been engaged as a subject matter expert in over 100 Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 projects covering a wide range of industries and sectors. Nick is currently a independent consultant, speaker, trainer, and blogger. While not working on Dynamics 365/Power Platform projects, Nick spends time with his wife and daughter or at the gym. Nick is a nationally qualified competitive Powerlifter in the Masters 1 - 105kg class and is currently training for the 2019 Canadian National Powerlifting Championships.
