With more than a decade of experience in CRM, she has a wide variety of industry and product knowledge working with organizations of all sizes (from small non-profit organizations to Fortune 100 companies) to implement and rescue CRM and train end users. Heidi is a Microsoft Certified Professional with numerous Microsoft CRM Certificates and a CRMUG All-Star.

Julian Sharp
An experienced Dynamics 365 and Azure consultant and trainer. Involved with Dynamics CRM since v1.2 and now specialising in Connected Field Service and IoT. Advocate of using Azure with Dynamics 365 and now of employing the Power Platform in customer solutions.

Kylie Kiser
Kylie Kiser has been working with Microsoft Dynamics CRM since 2010. In this time, she has assisted with an upgrade for a system with 1,500+ users as well as worked on and refined complex customizations. As part of the CRM User Group, Kylie was named a CRMUG All-Star in 2015. In addition, she serves as a Chapter Leader for Washington, DC for which she was named CRMUG Chapter Leader of the year in 2016. In addition, Kylie’s blog “KRM: Kylie’s Research Management” recaps current news in the CRM Community. Kylie has presented multiple times at CRMUG Summit and has also presented at chapter meetings, local user conferences and virtual events. Kylie was recognized as a Microsoft Business Applications MVP in 2019.

Neil Parkhurst
Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant with 25+ years IT experience. With extensive experience of Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Having been involved with every version of CRM from 3.0 upto the current release of Dynamics 365. Became a Microsoft MVP in October 2016. Technical specialties include: •Microsoft Dynamics CRM •Unified Service Desk (USD) •Field Service.

Nick Doelman
Nick Doelman is Microsoft Business Applications MVP, Microsoft Certified Trainer and Dynamic Communities All-Star award winner. Nick is currently a independent trainer, consultant, speaker, podcaster and blogger focused on the Power Platform and Dynamics 365. Nick has been engaged as a subject matter expert in over 100 Dynamics CRM/365 and Power Platform projects covering a wide range of industries and sectors. Nick is also a nationally qualified competitive Powerlifter and has competed at the 2018 and 2019 Canadian National Powerlifting Championships.
